Man, it’s been a while since I last updated and a lot has changed for me since then. First of all as you can see this blog has gotten a complete face lift. I wanted a to put together a design that would be simple on the eyes yet still go along with the feel of my portfolio site. A HUGE thanks goes out to Matt Johnston for helping me with the development and formatting of the new design, without him I would have been lost.

Among some of the bigger changes, in October I left VPI and accepted a position at Springbox in Culver City. Although I was still living in OC and making the 2-hour commute each morning and evening I have enjoyed getting to know the team and settling in, all while losing terribly to everyone at foosball. Last month I made the move from the OC to Downtown LA. This was a huge change for me coming from suburbia and moving to a city. I have always wanted to experience city life and my loft is perfect for what I’ve been looking for. You can see some photos of my place on the right.

With all that being said, I plan to start shooting photos again as much as possible (hence the integration of Flickr in my blog) and write much more frequently that I did previously. I look forward to writing more about design, Los Angeles, experiments and anything else that comes to mind.
